At The Fitting Room we take your privacy very seriously, and will not disclose your name or contact details to any other person/s or organisation. We will use your contact details only for communicating with you ourselves, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.


Posting Bras

We are very happy to post bras out for you to try. It makes it easy if you have already been fitted in-store. Just email us or phone us, and we can look at your customer record, and make a recommendation based on what you’ve purchased before. Or just order a repeat!
Postage is $5 for items within New Zealand, and is sent by non-signature courier bag. Please inquire regarding postage to Australia.
Bras can be exchanged or refunded if returned within 14 days, unworn with the tags attached. The cost of postage is not refundable.
If you haven’t been fitted in-store before, we can make a good guess at your size by a discussion on the phone or by email, after you have taken some measurements. See our fitting guide!

 

Returns and Exchanges

We can exchange or refund bras if they are returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn with the tags attached. During a fitting, we do our best to help you find bras that will be favourites for months to come, but the ultimate choice is yours, so please choose carefully.

Faulty Items

Our lingerie and swimwear are guaranteed against flaw for 6 months, presuming that the manufacturer’s care instructions have been followed. See ‘Product Care.
